Israel on 100w/dipole

For some reason, I have endless hassle getting into Israel, including the Big Signal 4X4 stations that are regular patrols of HF

So when I saw Isi pop up on a cluster, I was already not expecting to get through - but then when I heard he was using 100W and a multiband dipole, and that meant he would me pretty much as I heard him, I got through on the first call.

I started the recording after the opening exchange, but the evidence is here...
